Your information is for club communication—not resale.

What we collect
When you join the email list or submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, city, interests, organization and message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, invite you to confirmed events, share the club updates you requested and understand how people want to participate or partner.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to general email updates unless you request them. Form submissions are available only to people helping administer the club’s communications.
Storage and retention
Website form submissions are stored in the site’s database. Inquiry records are reviewed at least annually and deleted when they are no longer needed, normally within 24 months of the last meaningful contact. Email-list records are kept while you remain subscribed. Limited records may be kept longer when reasonably needed for legal, security or financial recordkeeping.
Your choices
The club is not currently sending automated mailing-list campaigns, so there is not yet a public unsubscribe endpoint. Before regular campaigns begin, we will use an email provider that includes an unsubscribe link in every marketing message. For now, use the contact form to withdraw from the list or request access, correction or deletion of your information.

As the club and its communication tools grow, this note may be updated. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
