What we collect
When you join the email list or submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, city, interests, organization and message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, invite you to confirmed events, share the club updates you requested and understand how people want to participate or partner.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to general email updates unless you request them. Form submissions are available only to people helping administer the club’s communications.
Storage and retention
Website form submissions are stored in the site’s database. We keep them only as long as reasonably needed for club communication, recordkeeping and responsible follow-up.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from email updates using the link in a club email. Until the public domain inbox is active, use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Changes
As the club and its communication tools grow, this note may be updated. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
