Why we began

Leadership should be something you practice—not just a title you hope to earn.

Professional growth should involve more than collecting contacts. Community service should feel accessible. And meeting good people should not depend on already knowing the room.

Glendora Rotaract brings those ideas together. As part of the Rotary family, we can learn from an established tradition of service while building an experience shaped for a new generation.

Our mission

Help young adults become confident, community-minded leaders.

We create opportunities to learn, connect and serve—then make space for members to lead them.

Our vision

A Glendora where emerging leaders know one another and show up.

People with the relationships and practical skills to turn good ideas into useful local action.

Founding leadership

Four people building the table—and saving seats for more.

Our officer structure will grow with the club. New roles will be announced as they are assigned.

What guides us

The kind of club we want to become.

01

Action over appearances

We want our work to be useful, well organized and honest about its results.

02

Growth through participation

Members learn by contributing ideas, taking responsibility and working with others.

03

Connection with purpose

The strongest networks are built by doing meaningful things together.
